Our Speaker is Doug Vandenboom, Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procure to Pay for Gonzaga University.  This presentation will provide an overview of the more common competitive solicitations processes used in public and higher education procurement.  The overview will include a review of each procurement method (Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Bids (RFB)), the steps associated with each method, and guidance when each method should be utilized.  The presentation will also offer strategies for evaluation and stakeholder engagement.
