This presentation will provide an overview of the more common competitive solicitations processes used in procurement.  The overview will include a review of each procurement method (Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Bids (RFB)), the steps associated with each method, and guidance when each method should be utilized.  The presentation will also offer strategies for evaluation and stakeholder engagement.    This presentation will review of actual competitive solicitations to demonstrate the value and results a formal bid can bring to your organization.  Participants will be able to take away a conceptual overview of these methods, ideas for future bid opportunities, and strategies for stakeholder engagement.
