During this presentation, we’ll review the findings from a cross-cultural leadership study conducted by Dale Carnegie Training a few years ago. We’ll explore the key characteristics that people in the US value in a leader and how these compare with the rest of the world. Finally, we’ll examine the benefits in building a trusting relationship between leaders and employees.
