Our speaker will be Matt Eastman.  Matt Eastman is a Project Manager at Gonzaga University in ITS, specializing in software and infrastructure implementation projects. Matt has also facilitated the Citizen Project Management course on campus, teaching colleagues how to implement these skills into their everyday work. Matt is a double GU alum and holds multiple certifications in the Project Management space including Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) both through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

In this presentation Matt will discuss key project management terms, tools, and concepts that you can integrate into your everyday work in procurement from managing projects to executing RFP, sourcing, and contract management.
